Does DotMax charge a commission on delivery orders?
No. Orders from your own QR menu are part of your plan, with no commission per order.
How does the PIN handover work?
Each delivery order has a PIN. The order is handed to the rider at the Delivery Desk against that PIN, so it reaches the right customer.
Is it suitable for a cloud kitchen?
Yes. Kitchen sections, production, delivery and takeaway work without a dining room.
