Stop the stock leaks

Wastage and expiry

Record what was thrown away and why, and see what is about to go out of date.

Stock counts

Purchasing

Branches and stores

Stock per branch, warehouse or production house, with transfers between them.

How it works

  1. Add your stock and recipes

Import stock from Excel, and give each dish what it is made of.

  2. Sell as usual

Every sale takes stock off by itself.

  3. Act on it

Low-stock alerts, food cost, wastage and variance reports tell you what to fix.

Questions

How does recipe-based stock work?

You tell DotMax what each dish is made of. Every time it is sold, those ingredients come out of stock, so the stock level and food cost are always up to date.

Can I import my stock list?

Yes. Stock can be imported from and exported to Excel or CSV.

Does it handle purchasing and suppliers?

Yes. Raise purchase orders, get them approved, receive goods against them, and see what you owe each supplier.

Which plan includes stock and recipes?

Stock, recipes and purchasing are in the Growth and Enterprise plans.
